Having bad experience with another furniture retailer I was very disappointed when the chairs were not delivered on time, and then when delivery was finally made, only half the order arrived, two days before Christmas. I have now taken delivery of the second four, just a few minutes ago. They are great chairs, so solid and well constructed. I am really pleased with them, and glad I ordered them, notwithstanding the problems. Stuff happens and the main thing is that problems are resolved as quickly as possible, so thank you. ”
