About the product
This Mobel Oak Shoe Bench with Hidden Storage, from the Mobel Oak collection, is an excellent solution to the problems of shoe storage experienced in every household. The bench top offers a stable place to sit whilst putting on shoes and the bottom is a handy cupboard in which shoes can be neatly stored out of the way, reducing hallway clutter. The bench is crafted from 100% solid, sustainably forested, premium oak with no veneers. It couples exceptional build quality and materials with great design and a resilient satin lacquered finish that emphasises the grain of the wood and will complement any modern hallway. The top features a hydraulic damper which prevents the lid from falling closed and trapping fingers. The panelled sides provide a further design detail and the build quality is evident in the tongue and groove hardwood back. This bench matches all other items in the Baumhaus Mobel Oak contemporary furniture range, including hallway furniture such as coat hooks, shoe cupboards and console tables. The shoe bench is supplied ready assembled and is finished with brushed, two-tone stainless steel handles.
